The  Drury South Crossing site is located in the Drury basin in South Auckland, east of the southern motorway (SH1), between the Drury interchange to the north and the Ramarama interchange to the south. The Drury Quarry, which is located at the base of the Hunua foothills, forms the eastern edge of the  Drury South Crossing site.

In a 361 hectare masterplanned industrial precinct next to the Drury Quarry, this zoned and serviced industrial land builds on its hard-working history, forging ahead into a new era to accommodate construction, manufacturing, wholesale trade and distribution activities.

Drury South Crossing is bounded by the southern motorway (SH1), between the Drury interchange to the north and the Ramarama interchange to the south. The Drury quarry forms the eastern edge of the site.

With a successful 100 year old Auckland family company behind Drury South Business Park, it is a point of pride that it should become an asset to the city. Therefore, 130 hectares have been given over to provide public open space, riparian corridors, storm water treatment and management areas and roads – providing attractive space for people to relax, walk, exercise and enjoy their lives.

A further 8 hectares are occupied by the existing Transpower switching/sub-station site, resulting in a net business area of approximately 223 ha. Of this, 201 ha has been identified for industrial activities, with the remaining 22 ha proposed for supporting business uses.

All of this adds up to a high quality environment where forward-thinking businesses can own their land and buildings, their people can live nearby, and your business can thrive in a truly modern, welcoming and connected location.
